Where we serve

Based in Keene, installing ductless mini-splits across Cheshire County and the Monadnock Region. Outside the area on the map? Call anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether the drive pencils out for your project.

Primary base

Keene, NH — where we operate from

We are based in Keene itself, the Cheshire County seat in the Monadnock Region. Most of our installs are within town — older Colonials, Capes, Victorians, and multi-family homes with rooms the original heating system gave up on.

Common Keene property types we work on: pre-1940 single-family homes with no ductwork, additions and finished spaces the central system never reached, and whole-house projects for owners leaving oil or propane behind. Each one changes the load and the system — single-zone for a problem room, multi-zone for the floor plan, a cold-climate condenser for a real winter. We run the Manual-J load calc before we ever quote a size.

Field notes

What each town teaches us

Local context — the age of the housing stock, how homes heat now, what owners want — changes the system and the install. Knowing yours is half the job.

Brattleboro, VT

Just over the Connecticut River in Vermont, close enough to Keene that it sits squarely on our route. A lot of older downtown and hillside housing stock with steam, hot-water, and oil systems — exactly the homes where a cold-climate head fixes a room the original heat never reached. Vermont and New Hampshire both push hard on heat-pump adoption, so the conversations here are usually about doing it right, not whether to do it.

Peterborough, NH

A Monadnock-Region town with a deep base of older Colonials, Capes, and converted farmhouses. The common job is a single zone for a cold bedroom or a back addition, plus whole-house multi-zone projects on homes leaving oil behind. Leaky older envelopes make the load calc matter — we size to the house, not the square footage.

Jaffrey, NH

Small town at the foot of Mount Monadnock with a mix of year-round homes and seasonal places. Owners here want heating that holds through a real winter and cooling for the handful of humid summer weeks, which is the classic case for a cold-climate ductless system. Second homes favor systems they can set back and forget between visits.

Walpole, NH

A river-valley town of historic homes, many pre-1940, where ductwork was never part of the original build. That makes ductless the natural fit — a head where you need it without tearing into plaster walls. The work here is heavy on single-zone fixes and additions, with the occasional whole-house multi-zone on a larger home.

Call anyway

For homes farther out into the smaller Monadnock-Region towns, we still take some of those jobs. Whether the drive makes sense depends on the size of the project and whether we already have a crew working that direction. Call and describe the house — we'll either come out or point you to a local installer we trust. No commission either way.

Property managers & landlords

Multi-property coverage

If you manage rentals or a portfolio across Keene or Cheshire County, the cleanest setup is one spec we install to on every unit — same equipment class, same install standard, predictable maintenance, and NHSaves rebates handled the same way each time. Mention it on the call and we'll put together a proposal.
